Established over 30 years ago, the series has evolved into one of the premier single marque championships in the UK.
Divided into three classes: Class A - Fully Modified, Class B - Race Modified and Class C - Roadgoing, we cater for enthusiasts of all levels of experience from novice to expert, who relish close racing and the challenge of a traditional rear wheel drive sports car.
Our races are at all the major UK circuits.
Over the years the Midget Challenge has created a unique reputation as a competetive but friendly and fun championship.
The specification has been stabilised over many years so the cars are now fast and challenging to drive but reliable and reasonably cheap to run.
The cars are now classics and we welcome all historic Sprite and Midget variants such as Sebring Sprites and Lenham MG Coupe. Our class structure also accommodates cars built for the FISC European series and the Healey Club Championship.
We see our Championship as a very cost effective route into motorsport and particularly welcome new drivers.
