DescriptionThe MG Trophy is one of the UK's best and most enjoyable single make club championships, offering high quality close racing with options for equally competitive front wheel drive (MG ZR) or rear wheel drive (MG TF) cars.
Classes A (TF 190) & B (ZR 190) race on slicks, whereas classes C (ZR 160) & D (MGF/TF 160) race on road legal tyres. Regulations are designed to keep costs to a minimum (eg sealed engines and gearboxes, max 15 new slicks in a season, etc), making the series suitable for both novice and experienced drivers.
The race format is predominantly double headers, often on one day, making the total time commitment more achievable and the days full of action!
Pit garages are available most meetings on a first come first served basis at a small additional cost.

This championship prides itself on being friendly and helpful off track, and highly competitive on track. It's undoubtedly one of the most cost effective single make club championships in the UK.
