DescriptionGinetta g50 cup car raced by myself in the G50 cup for the first half of the 2008 season.
Frontrunning car with lots of setup data. Selling due to runnning out of sponsorship money to run the car competitively.
The car has not had a massive amount of running. Here's an approximate hours since new on all major components:
Engine: 11-12 hrs since new.
Gearbox: 11-12 hrs since last rebuild (done when engine changed)
Diff: 20 mins (brand new has done 5 laps of bruntingthorpe to run in)
The rest of the car has done approx 30hours running.
Listed below are items that will come as part of the sale:
12 wheels with tyres mounted (8xslicks 4xwets)
4 used unmounted slicks
Air lance and regulator suitable for diving air bottle (no bottle as part of sale)
Air jack safety stands
Passenger seat, belts (same as drivers) + runners and mounts (over £700 from ginetta)
Complete g50 optional spring set
Spare front damper that needs a new body due to damaged thread.
Spare front bumper, rear upper section, rear bumper, 2 x rear undertray. All are damaged but are repairable by ginetta at much less than the cost of new parts.
Motec USB download cable (nearly £200 new)
Car is located in Huntingdon cambs.
You can test the car at a price of £2000 +VAT which is refundable if the car is purchased. This does not include the test day fee or the insurance excess (£3000) which will need to be given as a deposit before the day and would be returned afterwards (provided no damage is done).
Asking price for the car is £35000 + VAT To buy new would cost approx £50,000 inc VAT
