DescriptionFord Fiesta XR2 1983 rolling shell for sale with spares.
Shell consists of: Six-point roll cage with drivers door bar, Spax adjustable suspension, Poly bushes, Braided Brake lines, Perspex windows (except windscreen), fibre-glass bonnet and tailgate. Structurally it is very sound although there is some surface rust on the inner NSR arch but this is easily repairable.
I have raced the car for 3 seasons in the MSN Motorsport News Championship in class E and have had many top 3 finishes. I raced it with a 160bhp CVH engine and have lapped Brands Hatch Indy in 56 seconds, Lydden Hill in 48 seconds and Castle Combe in 1 miute 21 seconds so the car is competitive.
I'm only selling it as I have built a new Fiesta to race.
I have many spares including a 1.8 16v Zetec engine and a RS Turbo gearbox (they are not race prepared though). Ring me for more info.
NB: wheels shown are NOT included. The shell doesn't have wiring, a dash, seat or a fuel tank.
